Hilgers Graben Announces Addition of Attorneys Alec Schultz and Carly Kligler
Hilgers Graben PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Alec Schultz and Carly Kligler to its litigation team. Both will be partners based in Southeast Florida and will spearhead the firm’s entry to the Florida marketplace. Schultz will be based in Miami and Kligler in West Palm Beach.
Formerly with the Leon Cosgrove firm, Schultz and Kligler also practiced at Boies, Schiller & Flexner among other stops prior to joining Hilgers Graben. Both are experienced trial lawyers, working on large complex commercial disputes, including contract disputes, class actions, business torts, fiduciary duty, fraud, and product liability matters here in the United States and internationally.
Before beginning his private practice, Schultz clerked for the United States District Judge Donald Middlebrooks of the Southern District of Florida after graduating from the University of Chicago Law School. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University. “I am excited to start this new chapter of my career with the Hilgers Graben team,” said Schultz. “They have quietly built up a powerhouse law firm that is stocked with high-caliber talent at an incredibly low price point.”
Carly Kligler graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida. In addition to her work at several law firms, Kligler was in-house counsel in the Miami office of Rational Enterprise, an information governance and e-Discovery company. Kligler stated, “I am looking forward to working with the Hilgers Graben team to expand into more markets. The firm is well known for its flexible, employee-friendly ‘no jerks’ culture while providing opportunities to work on sophisticated legal matters for some of the largest companies in America.”
