Scott is an experienced attorney who has assisted a wide variety of clients in numerous industries with discovery, complex civil litigation, and internal investigations. Scott is adept at leading teams of attorneys and paralegals in all facets of the discovery process and utilizing technology in electronic discovery to create highly efficient and accurate document review workflows.
Prior to joining Hilgers Graben, Scott spent over a decade serving in key roles in a wide range of discovery matters at two large Washington D.C. law firms, including several years spent in leading roles on multi-billion, multi-district discovery projects in the financial and pharmaceutical industries. More recently, Scott worked in Europe advising on international commercial arbitration and litigation, E.U. human rights law, and U.S. law.
Scott is based in the Washington D.C. area, where he lives with his wife and two children.
