Kris has a wide variety of experience litigating matters in Texas and federal courts around the nation. He has successfully represented clients in trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings in complex matters including contract, fraud, intellectual property, securities, and antitrust cases. Kris focuses on the facts of each case and specializes in developing strategies for presenting the evidence at trial, including key witness preparation, deposition and discovery planning, expert witness retention, and detailed investigation.
Kris previously worked at Fish & Richardson, P.C., and during that time he also worked “on loan” as an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas County Criminal Court No. 5, where he presented the case-in-chief or picked juries for 15 jury trials.
Kris is the father of two active kids and the husband of another lawyer. He grew up as an “Air Force Brat,” moving all over the United States and meeting people from all walks of life. His unique background helps him to provide superior service to clients with highly varied needs.
