Jon is a litigator whose practice is directed to providing solutions for clients of all sizes, tailoring the approach to an understanding of the client’s business goals. Representing clients ranging in size from multi-billion-dollar corporations to individuals, Jon leverages his extensive intellectual property experience to provide guidance to clients on litigation, intellectual property, and intellectual property portfolio management issues. He has represented clients in high-risk court proceedings in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and business litigation disputes in courts across the country as well as in administrative proceedings, such as the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, and the International Trade Commission.
Jon graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he was on Washington University Law Review.
Practicing out of St. Louis, Jon lives in Illinois with his wife, Sara, and children (Jackson, Elena, and Charles).
