Hannah uniquely offers plaintiff- and defense-side litigation skills, with experience at all stages of complex cases, from pre-suit investigations to post-trial settlement proceedings. She has managed and resolved product-liability cases of all sizes, from individual personal injury actions to large multidistrict litigation matters, including opioid litigation, 3M earplug litigation, and Zantac product-liability litigation. She has a particular specialty in discovery, including working with company witnesses to prepare them for deposition, attending laboratory and scene inspections with scientists to develop case theories, preparing expert witnesses for deposition and trial, and deposing fact and expert witnesses. Hannah has also drafted complaints, dispositive motions, and post-trial briefings.
Hannah’s unique perspective on case resolution draws on the years she spent at a nationally recognized plaintiff’s firm where she represented individuals in class action and multidistrict litigation matters. During law school, Hannah gained valuable experience working at the Federal Trade Commission and in-house with the Coca-Cola Company. Prior to law school, Hannah served as a Teach for America Corp Member in San Antonio, teaching first grade. She currently lives in the Houston area with her husband and two little boys.
