As Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division at the SEC, Amie conducted large-scale investigations into potential violations of federal securities laws by issuers across the country. In her work at the SEC, she was a trial team member of cases litigated in various federal jurisdictions, and she worked closely with officials in the Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Offices and other federal government agencies in parallel proceedings.
Amie resides in Dallas with her husband, Brian, and three children, where she is actively involved with the parents’ organization at her children’s school.
