Hilgers Graben Announces Transition of Ownership to Heather Hilgers
LINCOLN, Neb. – Hilgers Graben PLLC is excited to announce the beginning of its next stage of growth with the formal transition of ownership to Heather Hilgers. Ms. Hilgers helped co-found the firm and has served on its Board of Directors for the past two years.
Ms. Hilgers takes ownership of the firm from her husband and co-founder, Mike Hilgers, who is transitioning out of private practice following his election to be the next Attorney General of Nebraska.
“I’m in a somewhat unique position in that I can be both a veteran of this firm and a new presence at the same time,” said Ms. Hilgers. “My job will be to work with our executive team to shepherd the firm through its next phase of growth while making sure we stay true to the people-first, disciplined business model that has fueled its incredible success over the last 12 years, during which we have grown to over 100 attorneys around the country.”
