Peter focuses his practice on complex commercial and construction disputes. He has substantial experience litigating breach of contract, class action, securities, and mass tort cases in state and federal courts. He also has considerable experience in domestic and international arbitration, handling disputes arising from construction of some of the largest solar power plants, electrical grid battery storage systems, and onshore wind farms in the United States.
Peter also has extensive experience managing large-scale electronic discovery efforts in both litigation and arbitration matters. From negotiation of ESI agreements through completion of document discovery, Peter works collaboratively with clients to develop creative and cost saving solutions to ESI challenges.
Peter is an active member of the Homer S. Brown Division of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He also teaches a class on construction contracting issues for the Riverside Center for Innovation’s BizFIT Plus Training Program, which supports the growth of Pittsburgh area construction businesses owned by minority and historically disadvantaged entrepreneurs.
