About

Isabel is a litigator, whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property litigation. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, the Supreme Court of the United States, before administrative agencies, and before the United States Congress. She has litigated a wide variety of cases, including: patent disputes in federal courts and before the International Trade Commission, trademark infringement matters, copyright disputes, false advertising and unfair competition actions, entertainment litigation, NFT and cryptocurrency matters, and First Amendment cases.

 

Before joining Hilgers Graben, Isabel was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. Before joining private practice Isabel clerked for Judge Richard F. Suhrheinrich at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  Isabel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was the Symposium Editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law
