Xin has extensive experience in managing document review projects for complex litigation and government investigations. Building upon her big law background for over a dozen years specializing in e-discovery practice, she strategically organizes workflow structure and culls data for review to meet the needs for efficiency and effectiveness. Xin also routinely advises the use of current technology such as TAR/CAL and various analytical tools in managing the priority, volume, and quality control aspects.
With native fluency in Chinese and proficiency in Japanese, Xin has significant experiences in leading multi-language reviews, including providing quality check, privilege review, production QC, translation QC, identifying and summarizing key documents, and performing targeted searches in those languages to assist with briefing, deposition preparation, and production. She regularly communicates and collaborates with vendors, senior lawyers, support staff, translators, and reviewers to ensure the smooth going of the project.
