About
Adrienne is a member of Hilgers Graben’s Corporate and Transactional practice based in the Bay Area. She leverages over a decade of corporate and e-discovery experience and a keen attention to detail to provide wholistic and timely advice to meet her client’s current and long-term goals.
Specializing in U.S./Japan cross-border matters, Adrienne has guided clients ranging from sole proprietorships to international publicly traded companies through a wide variety of corporate matters including corporate compliance and governance, commercial transactions, employment and immigration matters, and intellectual property issues. As an e-discovery specialist, Adrienne has led teams of foreign-language attorneys in complex litigation projects while providing subject matter expertise to lead counsel, including search terms, deposition preparation, and motion drafting. To enhance the insights she brings to clients, she is also an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States.
Prior to practicing law, Adrienne taught English in Japan through the Japanese Ministry of Education’s JET Program and spent time in the video game industry. Outside of work, Adrienne can be found hiking the Bay Area’s many nature trails, volunteering, and drinking vast quantities of green tea.
