About

Terence brings a strong mission-oriented skill set to bear in his growing litigation practice, forged through his professional career operating in high-risk, high-pressure environments. He has represented clients both large and small, including Fortune 500 companies, in matters spanning corporate investigations, securities compliance, insider trading, white-collar investigations, SEC regulatory issues, complex litigation, and First Amendment constitutional matters.

While at Harvard Law School, Terence was a member of the Religious Freedom Clinic, where he co-authored an appellate brief before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and helped prepare counsel for oral argument, which resulted in a favorable outcome for the client. He also served in the Office of the Nebraska Attorney General, where he conducted constitutional analysis, drafted legislation designed to withstand constitutional challenge, and worked with legislators to advance measures protecting minors in Nebraska.

Before law school, Terence served his community as a police officer in Bellevue, Nebraska, where he conducted hundreds of criminal investigations, worked closely with prosecutors in trial preparation, and testified in a variety of proceedings. He later served as a noncommissioned officer in the Army’s Third U.S. Infantry Regiment, leading teams in high-profile assignments and honing his ability to deliver results under exacting standards and intense time constraints—skills he applies to high-stakes client matters today.

Terence and his family now live near Omaha, Nebraska.
