Shannon is an attorney in Hilger Graben’s Edge discovery practice. She has over 18 years of experience assisting clients through all phases of discovery. Shannon has gained experience in a wide range of areas including complex civil litigation, regulatory inquiries, internal and governmental investigations. Her experience with governmental agencies includes U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and various State Attorney Generals.
She also has substantial experience managing electronic discovery in large-scale, multi-jurisdiction litigation. Shannon works with clients and vendors to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve processes and performance across the discovery process. Her experience includes advising in workflows, reviews, and productions. Shannon’s attention to detail ensures consistency and compliance are maintained while managing various priorities.
