Olivia is a litigation associate with a focus on commercial disputes. Her experience includes representing a variety of businesses, from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, as both plaintiffs and defendants.
Prior to joining Hilgers Graben, Olivia practiced as a litigation associate at Baker Botts L.L.P. in Dallas. Olivia served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, first for the Honorable John R. Parker and then for the Honorable Sam A. Lindsay.
Olivia earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from the Texas A&M University School of Law. While attending law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Texas A&M Law Review, as well as a Teaching Assistant in legal writing and research. She interned in the chambers of the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, as well as the Honorable Elizabeth Kerr of the Texas Second Court of Appeals. Olivia was also a selected as a Public Service Interest Fellow as both a first- and second-year student.
She remains committed to serving the Dallas community through her legal practice with pro bono appointments and non-profit board service.
