Mike Burns has nearly a decade of experience representing U.S. and multinational clients from a variety of industries in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, in arbitrations and mediations, and in administrative proceedings and investigations before numerous federal and state agencies. He has counseled clients at all stages of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, trial, and appeal. His past matters have dealt with corporate governance, securities, consumer protection, intellectual property, and other business issues.
Mike is a devoted pro bono litigator as well. After law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Debra M. Brown (N.D. Miss.). During law school, Mike competed on the trial advocacy team and won a national championship.
