Jon is a litigator whose practice is directed to providing solutions for clients of all sizes, tailoring the approach to an understanding of the client’s needs and business goals. Representing clients ranging in size from multi-billion-dollar corporations to individuals, Jon leverages his extensive litigation experience to counsel clients on litigation, dispute resolution, intellectual property, licensing and rights management issues. Jon represents clients from Hilgers Graben’s St. Louis Office in matters ranging from contract disputes to complex product liability matters. As an intellectual property litigator for most of his career, he has represented clients in high-risk court proceedings in advertising, patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes in courts across the country as well as in administrative proceedings, such as the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, and the International Trade Commission.
Jon graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he was on Washington University Law Review.
Practicing out of St. Louis, Jon lives in Illinois with his wife, Sara, and children (Jackson, Elena, and Charles).
