In his litigation practice, Jackson has participated in several high-stakes patent cases in various roles, providing assistance in many aspects of trial preparation, including drafting successful dispositive motions and developing trial strategies.
In his discovery practice, Jackson reliably provides solutions to sophisticated clients with varied and branching discovery needs. He has experience working with national companies navigating the production requirements of sprawling, multi-faceted litigation and is trusted to provide the legal and technological background necessary to help clients meet these demands effectively.
Jackson graduated from The University of Chicago Law School, where he served as Business Editor of the Legal Forum. His past experience includes work as a legal intern for the Edwin F. Mandel Legal Aid Clinic Housing Initiative, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing legal assistance and educational programs to individuals and organizations seeking to improve local low-income housing options and for Uptake Technologies, a nationally acclaimed startup in the data analytics sector.
