Erika has an extensive background in consulting clients throughout the stages of the EDRM. She specializes in addressing complex data issues and implementing best practices in high-profile litigation and regulatory matters by leveraging data analytics and statistical methodologies.
She has a proven track record of leading successful projects, stepping into high-stakes projects midstream to diagnose and resolve workflow inefficiencies. Erika designs and implements sophisticated analytics tools that uncover patterns, reduce data volumes, and enhance decision-making accuracy. Known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and strategic vision, she maintains a calm, solutions-oriented demeanor in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.

Before joining Hilgers Graben, Erika worked in the eDiscovery groups of global consulting firms, top 25 law firms, and professional service organizations. She is based near Austin, Texas, and enjoys photography, DIY home renovations, traveling, live music, and, of course, BBQ in her free time.
