About
Carly specializes in litigating complex commercial disputes, including contract disputes, class actions, business torts, fiduciary duty, fraud, and product liability matters. In this role, she has represented some of the largest companies in the country, successfully obtaining multi-million dollar judgments both in the courtroom and in arbitration proceedings.
In addition to her work in private practice, Carly served as in-house counsel for a well-known technology company, wherein she gained an expertise in information governance, electronic discovery, data privacy and cyber security. Carly has since leveraged that knowledge to provide her clients with proactive solutions to managing their data, as well as tools for minimizing legal spend on the discovery process throughout litigation.
Prior to practicing law, Carly attended the University of Florida, as well as the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated both institutions with honors.
