Alyssa Helfer is a senior associate in the firm’s litigation group.
Alyssa’s practice focuses on representing domestic and international clients across various industries in complex civil litigation in state and federal court, arbitration proceedings, and investigations by state and federal regulators. Alyssa is experienced in all stages of litigation, from drafting initial pleadings to presenting appellate arguments. Before joining Hilgers Graben, Alyssa was an associate in the New York offices of Buckley LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
Alyssa attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and simultaneously received a Master of Bioethics degree and a Wharton Certificate in Management.
