Hilgers Graben PLLC is excited to announce the addition of partner Matthew Poplawski, a highly talented, nationally recognized attorney in the firm’s renowned Discovery Group.

Recognized as an authority in the field by institutions like Chambers (“Up and Coming”) and the Legal500, Poplawski has led discovery teams on challenging, bet-the-company legal matters through document identification, preservation, collection, analytics, review, and production.  Before joining Hilgers Graben, Poplawski was a member of Winston & Strawn’s eDiscovery practice group. Poplawski has significantly contributed to multiple industry groups and think-tanks, including the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (“ACEDS”), the Seventh Circuit Council on eDiscovery and Digital Information, the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (“EDRM”), and Duke University Bolch Judicial Institute.
