    Hilgers Graben Announces Addition of Attorney Danielle Garvey

    Hilgers Graben PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Danielle Garvey to its innovative discovery counsel team as a partner. The move expands the firm’s presence into New York City.

    Prior to joining Hilgers Graben, Danielle was Director of Litigation and Discovery at Viacom and was later promoted to Associate Counsel. She provided e-discovery management and services for matters involving contracts, employment litigation (including internal investigations), intellectual property, antitrust, class action, personal injury, government, and other regulatory requests. Danielle is an innovative and versatile lawyer with extensive experience managing the litigation lifecycle, eDiscovery and data workflows for high-profile institutions and AmLaw 100 law firms. She is CEDS certified (certified e-discovery specialist) and has a deep and broad understanding of technologies, processes, and best practices of all EDRM phases.

    Danielle graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Maryland. “I am excited to be joining Hilgers Graben’s discovery counsel team.
