While her practice has encompassed a broad array of complex commercial litigation cases, Isabel has achieved particular success with IP litigation, having represented clients in federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Her distinguished track record includes patent disputes, trademark infringement matters, copyright disputes, false advertising and unfair competition actions, entertainment litigation, NFT and cryptocurrency matters, and First Amendment cases.

Before joining Hilgers Graben, Isabel was an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and clerked for Judge Richard F. Suhrheinrich at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
