    Hilgers Graben Adds Another Highly Skilled Litigator to Its Dallas Office with Andrew Bean

    Hilgers Graben PLLC is pleased to announce that Andrew Bean has joined the firm’s Dallas office.  With the arrival of Andrew today, Hilgers Graben continues to invest in its complex commercial litigation roster, building out a nationwide trial team that can handle the most sophisticated matters as defendant or plaintiff without the rate insanity plaguing large law firms offering the same services.

    Andrew has extensive complex litigation experience, including briefing, oral argument, and depositions. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, with involvement in matters that range from multimillion-dollar breach of contract claims to trade secrets cases in federal multi-district litigation.

    Before joining Hilgers Graben, Andrew practiced for nearly seven years at the Dallas office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher.  He served as a law clerk first for the Honorable Michael W. Mosman, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and then for the Honorable Jennifer Walker Elrod of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
