Phoebe is part of the Hilgers Graben e-discovery division, HG Edge. Prior to joining Hilgers Graben, Phoebe worked in California as a litigator specializing in complex civil litigation matters, including real estate, corporate disputes, consumer rights cases, arbitrations, and internal investigations. Phoebe has extensive trial and appellate experience.
Phoebe currently resides in San Diego with her husband Noah Katsell and her two children and two dogs. Phoebe serves on the Board of Humble Design San Diego and enjoys running, hiking and photography.
