Luke Landers is experienced litigator with unique experience in the financial, real estate, and construction industries. As a former Ivy League Champion offensive lineman, he is a lead blocker for his clients and their interests. He has a rare combination of emotional intelligence and grit that allows him to build trust quickly and provide elevated service and results to his clients. He brings a strong background in corporate law and has proven himself to be a shrewd litigator and counselor.
As a former investment banker, Mr. Landers is fluent in the language of business. He has a unique skill set that helps him translate complex financial documentation in to easily discernible and winning legal analysis.
Mr. Landers represents a wide variety of clients in the areas of corporate litigation in addition to business and commercial transactions. Mr. Landers has represented a number of general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers in complex multi-party construction litigation with excellent results. Mr. Landers has handled cases complicated construction matters involving issues related to steel welding, timely completion of work, and matters involving intricate issues of contract interpretation and surety law. He has represented commercial and residential landlords in all aspects of real estate litigation.
Luke maintains his national law practice based out of California, where he lives with his wife, Emily. He is active in the Pepperdine Law alumni community and helped establish Vintage Church Malibu in 2017, where he continues to serve on its Board of Directors.
