About

David brings over a decade of experience in eDiscovery to advise clients across the entire EDRM spectrum. David specializes in large scale, complex eDiscovery matters across all sectors. Previous experience includes complex trade secret and IP litigation, multi-party class action litigation, federal regulatory investigations, internal corporate investigations, shareholder derivative actions, cross-border matters with multi-national corporations, and information governance consulting.

David is co-head of the firm’s HG Edge Discovery Service, where he assists clients in designing and executing bespoke strategies for collection, processing, hosting, and production of electronically stored evidence and data. Using forensically sound tools, industry best-practices, and leveraging analytics, HG Edge offers a vertically integrated discovery solution that alleviates many of the pain points of traditional discovery. David has contributed to articles regarding eDiscovery for the Sedona Conference and the EDRM, and has spoken at conferences on eDiscovery and Data Privacy laws.

Prior to joining Hilgers Graben, David worked in the Discovery, Disputes, and Forensics practice groups of large, global consultancies including a Big-4 accounting firm. He was based in New York City and Seoul, Korea where his team started the Discovery practice groups at two firms. His other previous experiences include politics, movie production, and education. He currently lives in New York City, where he proudly supports Boston sports teams. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling with family and friends, watching movies, and playing golf poorly.
