Hilgers Graben Announces Addition of Attorney Amie Long
Hilgers Graben PLLC is excited to announce the addition of Amie Long to its litigation team in Dallas.

Prior to her work at the SEC, Amie was an associate with Clifford Chance LLP. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with Distinction from the University of Kansas.
“We’re incredibly fortunate to have someone of Amie’s experience and caliber joining our growing team,” said firm founder Mike Hilgers. “Her extensive litigation work at the SEC will blend in nicely with the rest of our highly-experienced team and offer our clients even more value for their dollar.”
As Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division at the SEC, Amie conducted large-scale investigations into potential violations of federal securities laws by issuers across the country. In her work at the SEC, she was a trial team member of cases litigated in various federal jurisdictions, and she worked closely with officials in the Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Offices and other federal government agencies in parallel proceedings.
