Hilgers Graben PLLC Announces Addition Of Attorney Bart A. Starr
Hilgers Graben PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Bart A. Starr to its litigation team in Denver.
Formerly a partner at the Shook, Hardy & Bacon, Winstead, and Polsinelli law firms, Bart graduated from The Washington University School of Law in St. Louis and served as the primary notes editor of the Washington University Law Review. He is admitted to the bars of Missouri, Texas, and Colorado. He is a registered Patent Attorney, a Registered Professional Engineer, and the former Chair of the Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Committee of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
“I’m excited to be joining the innovative and dynamic team at Hilgers Graben, one of the fastest-growing law firms in the country,” Bart said. “The opportunity to provide clients with exceptional quality legal work, without charging them big law rates, was too good to pass up. The firm also is well known for its positive culture and highly-talented and credentialed attorneys, which made my decision to join this team a no-brainer.”
“We’re incredibly pleased and fortunate to have someone of Bart’s caliber join our team,” said firm founder Mike Hilgers. “His extensive experience working in high-stakes complex litigation will be a real asset for our clients. His experience with intellectual property litigation is almost unmatched and we are thrilled to have him with the firm.”
Bart received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, in addition to a B.S. degree in Physics from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Before becoming an attorney, Bart was an engineer for ten years in the oil. gas, water, and wastewater industries.
