Andrew also tried criminal cases while participating in a secondment program with Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, where he acted as lead counsel or picked the jury in 11 jury trials, trying each of those cases to verdict.

Andrew serves as lead counsel defending Hunt Oil Company against copyright infringement and misappropriation claims asserted by seismic imaging company in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
As lead counsel, Andrew defended Mainline Automotive Equipment against patent infringement allegations from a competitor in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Additionally, Andrew served as lead counsel for First Guaranty Bank in a trademark infringement lawsuit against Guaranty Bank in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Andrew also acted as lead counsel for an energy private equity firm in a competitor dispute involving claims of trade secret misappropriation and breach of contract.
