An Atlanta-based lawyer, Will has successfully helped startup and Fortune 500 clients navigate their toughest litigation and investigation issues across the country. Will’s experience spans industries, having represented clients in the technology, financial services, life sciences, powersports, energy, consumer products, insurance, defense contracting, and other industries.
Before joining Hilgers Graben, Will was a senior associate in the Washington D.C. office of Hogan Lovells. He clerked for Judge Sidney A. Fitzwater of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Will graduated from Harvard Law School, where he was the Executive Articles Editor for the Harvard Journal on Legislation. Before law school, Will attended the University of Georgia, where he served as student body president.
