Lauren Duhon is a seasoned attorney who has represented a variety of sophisticated clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individual entrepreneurs. She has extensive experience in both federal and state court and in all stages of the litigation and mediation process. In addition to her litigation practice, which focuses primarily on commercial and intellectual property matters, Duhon represents clients in all aspects of trademark and copyright prosecution.
Prior to joining Hilgers Graben PLLC, Duhon practiced with Fish & Richardson P.C., an AmLaw 100 law firm, as a member of the firm’s commercial litigation and trademark practice groups. She also served as a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
In addition to her legal experience, Duhon worked as an account executive in the Legal Marketing and Crisis Management groups of Edelman Public Relations in New York City.
She earned her law degree from the SMU Dedman School of Law, cum laude, where she served as an Editor of the SMU Law Review. She earned her English degree from the University of Texas, Austin.
