Jill Proctor

Prior to joining Hilgers Graben, Jill worked for DLA Piper in San Diego where she was an attorney in the civil litigation practice group from 2006-2016.  Jill has a wide range of litigation experience, including product liability and class action cases, contract disputes, environmental litigation, and consumer fraud matters.

Jill also has substantial experience coordinating and conducting large scale electronic document reviews and assisting clients through the various phases of pre-trial discovery.  She has worked on the review and production of documents for a wide range of clients, including two major pharmaceutical companies, a wireless systems manufacturer, a computer network vendor and a national cable company.  Jill is a member of the Hilgers Graben e-discovery team where she uses her extensive knowledge of electronic discovery processes and technology to reduce client risk and costs.

Jill earned her law degree from Brigham Young University School of Law, where she served as a Senior Staff Editor on the BYU Journal of Public Law.  Before attending law school, Jill graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Political Science.

Jill currently lives in San Diego with her husband, Tom, and four children.
