An Atlanta-based lawyer, Will has successfully helped startup and Fortune 500 clients navigate novel, complex, and high-stakes litigation and government investigations.

 

Will engineers creative approaches to each case, often with bespoke technology solutions that uncover winning arguments and maximize efficiency. He has authored successful briefs on cutting-edge issues at both the trial and appellate levels, including in several state courts of last resort. And he brings his creative, solutions-driven approach to all aspects of modern discovery to bolster each case while minimizing the burden to his clients’ business. Will’s experience spans industries, having represented clients in the technology, life sciences, powersports, energy, consumer products, insurance, defense contracting, and other industries.

 

Before joining Hilgers Graben, Will was a senior associate in the Washington D.C. office of Hogan Lovells. He clerked for Judge Sidney A. Fitzwater of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Will graduated from Harvard Law School, where he was the Executive Articles Editor for the Harvard Journal on Legislation.  Before law school, Will attended the University of Georgia, where he served as student body president.
