Based in Atlanta, Will has years of representative experience throughout the life of complex, high-stakes litigation and government investigations. Will uses creative approaches to efficiently dive deep into every case and uncover the hidden root issues—often performing bespoke data analyses or utilizing innovative artificial intelligence tools. He has authored successful briefs at both the district and appellate levels, including in several state courts of last resort. Will has counseled clients through federal investigations and subpoena responses. And he has applied his litigation expertise to advise clients on complicated regulatory and compliance issues. Will’s experience spans industries, having represented clients in the life sciences, energy, consumer products, insurance, defense contracting, and other industries.
Before joining Hilgers Graben, Will was a senior associate in the Washington D.C. office of Hogan Lovells. He clerked for Judge Sidney A. Fitzwater of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Will graduated from Harvard Law School, where he was the Executive Articles Editor for the Harvard Journal on Legislation. Before law school, Will attended the University of Georgia, where he served as student body president.
