Theo represents clients in patent litigation and commercial litigation, including breach of contract, trademark litigation, fraud, nuisance cases, product liability, and class actions.
Recently, Theo was trial counsel in a patent infringement case where he and the trial team obtained a $100+ million verdict for the plaintiff.
Theo’s experience includes all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations to trial, including: conducting direct and cross examination of expert witnesses in a pharmaceutical patent trial; arguing in a TRO hearing in state court, patent claim construction hearings, and hearings on motions to exclude experts; taking and defending depositions; drafting and responding to discovery requests; managing e-discovery; expert discovery; and drafting dispositive motions, patent claim construction briefs, motions to strike evidence, and briefs on discovery disputes
Theo has also participated in intellectual property transactions, including drafting agreements and leading due diligence review.
