Mike Hilgers founded Hilgers Graben in 2011 and served as the firm’s Managing and Founding Partner since 2011. On November 8, 2022, Mike was elected as the Attorney General of the State of Nebraska, after serving 6 years in the Nebraska Legislature (the last 2 as Speaker of the Legislature).
Because of Mike’s election as Attorney General, he no longer owns the firm and no longer engages in the private practice of law.
