Bub Windle assists clients in complex litigation and investigatory matters around the country.
Bub previously worked at the international law firm Paul Hastings in Washington, DC. He focused his practice on white collar defense and government investigations, assisting corporations and individuals with complex factual and legal issues in federal court, administrative proceedings, and non-public investigations. By preparing dispositive motions and other briefings, developing strategies for fact development and discovery, and preparing witnesses for government interviews and depositions, Bub has helped clients navigate high-stakes matters to avoid adverse actions.
Bub graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with highest distinction.
Prior to joining Hilgers Graben, Bub worked at one of Nebraska’s premier government relations firms, where he created and implemented advocacy strategies for clients before the Nebraska Legislature and state agencies.
