Bub Windle works in the firm’s litigation and discovery practices, assisting clients in complex litigation and investigatory matters around the country. His experience includes complex commercial and intellectual property disputes, as well as white collar defense matters and government investigations. By developing strategies for fact development and discovery, preparing dispositive motions and other briefings, and managing document review teams, Bub has helped clients navigate high-stakes matters and achieve positive outcomes.
Before moving back to Nebraska, Bub lived and worked in Washington, D.C., where he focused his practice on white collar defense and government investigations, representing corporations and individuals with complex factual and legal issues in federal court, administrative proceedings, and non-public investigations. Bub has represented clients before the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
Prior to joining Hilgers Graben, Bub worked at one of Nebraska’s premier government relations firms, where he created and implemented advocacy strategies for clients before the Nebraska Legislature and state agencies. He has experience representing clients in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and payment processing industries, among others.
