Based in Dallas, Andrew has successfully represented a wide range of clients, from professional athletic teams to one of the world’s largest financial institutions. But no matter the client or the subject matter, Andrew focuses on providing his clients with three core benefits: results, service, and value.
An experienced trial attorney with more than a decade of experience in state and federal courts in Texas and across the nation, Andrew’s practice emphasizes business and intellectual property litigation, but his experience spans a wide range of commercial disputes. He represents both individuals and businesses in contract and securities litigation, fiduciary duty litigation, anti-trust litigation, patent litigation, patent infringement damage analysis, and trademark and copyright disputes. Andrew also tried criminal cases while participating in a secondment program with Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, where he acted as lead counsel or picked the jury in eleven jury trials, trying each of those cases to verdict. Super Lawyers magazine recognized Andrew as a “Rising Star” in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
Andrew also knows what it takes to guide clients through the often difficult and time-consuming process of pre-trial litigation and disputes. Andrew had led attorney teams through all manner of complex legal disputes, from e-discovery to internal investigations. In every instance, Andrew strives towards obtaining client goals and returning unmatched value.
Prior to joining Hilgers Graben, Andrew was a principal with the Dallas office of Fish & Richardson P.C., a premier international law firm with more than 400 attorneys and twelve offices. Andrew began his career with Fish & Richardson, where his practice focused on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation.
Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, where he served as Senior Staff Editor on the Environmental Law Journal. Before attending law school, Andrew graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in International Trade and Finance.
