Madeline Walker

Madeline Walker is an experienced attorney who has handled a variety of different legal matters in her career. Upon graduation from law school, she was a staff attorney for Chief United States District Court Judge Louis Guirola, Jr. Her role at the court consisted of advising Judge Guirola on a myriad of legal issues including complex civil litigation, §1983 claims, and criminal law matters. Subsequent to her time with the court, she served as vice president and corporate counsel for Treated Materials Incorporated. At TMI she provided legal counsel on state and federal regulatory issues, compliance matters, and contract law, with an emphasis on the forestry and trucking industry. She also served as the logistics coordinator for the company’s trucking fleet.

At Hilgers Graben, Madeline is a member of the commercial litigation team, focusing on e-discovery issues and general commercial litigation. Drawing on her court and in-house counsel experience, she is focused on helping clients prevent legal issues from occurring and, when issues do arise, providing practical and responsive advice and representation.

Madeline earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law. She and her husband, Fant, live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and are active members of the community.
